Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item/s must be unused and in their original packaging.
- The product/s must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our errors.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HIRAYA Skincare LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Delivery Delays
As a dropshipping business, some products may ship from international suppliers. Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.
HIRAYA Skincare LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
